As an avid cyclist you have probably experienced it: a weak tire. You make less progress and every bump in the road suddenly seems very high. Therefore, inflate your tires quickly and easily with the Dunlop floor bicycle pump. A floor pump is the most common bicycle pump. It is characterized by a stable base that you can place on a stable surface. The Dunlop floor pump has a maximum pressure of 6 bar, which corresponds to the pressure in a standard touring or city bike and some mountain bikes. This way you can have your tires perfectly inflated again in no time.
Higher tire pressure quickly and easily
The classic foot pump has a clamp at the end that allows you to place the bicycle pump firmly on the valve. When the valve is properly secured, you can start pumping by pushing the handle of the bicycle pump up and down. For tires with a French or Presta valve, you must first loosen the valve. Such valves are usually found on sportier bicycles. With a Dutch valve this is not necessary, you can inflate your tires without loosening the valve. You will find a Dutch valve on most regular city bikes. The Dunlop bicycle pump is suitable for use on Schrader, Presta and Dunlop valves.
Always the correct tire pressure
The tire pressure in a bicycle is extremely important. With the correct tire pressure, you are less likely to get a flat tire and your tires are also less likely to wear out. In short: with the correct tire pressure you increase the lifespan of a bicycle tire. A regular city bike needs an average tire pressure of 3.5 to 4.5 bar. A good racing bike quickly needs 8 bar. The Dunlop bicycle pump supplies 6 bar and is therefore suitable for regular city bikes and some mountain bikes.
